Dear Senator/Representative,
The letter makes two requests. The letter firstly requests
that legislation be written to bring justice to the police and government officials
that commit wrongdoing. The second, and
perhaps most important request, is to request that areas of the USA be opened
up for Utopian Governments that would be free from the oppressive USA
government.
I am concerned about the 400 innocent people shot and killed
by the police each year in the USA. The police superficially investigate
themselves, distort the story and evidence and concoct a story that the police
had to shoot the victim multiple times in lethal areas in order to subdue him.
The courts usually don't even try the police. When government does try a
policeman, as in the famous Diallo shooting, the police killers get off. The
police plausibly consider their fraternal brotherhood of police above the law.
Both the police departments and government discriminate in favor of government
and the police each year. There is currently NO power that can discipline
government or the police.
If even the most flagrant violations of justice go
unpunished, then what about the lesser cases? In the lesser cases the policemen
are actually rewarded for their evil. They falsify a case of assault against
the police and collect damages for their evil!
Government is highly immoral, incompetent, negligent and out
of control. The bare minimum of what is needed is for a government agency to be
funded and staffed by people that are NOT connected to family members of the
police, or government officials. These people should be free to anonymously
interrogate people that have been arrested for any evidence of police brutality
or police misconduct or other government negligence or misconduct. This data
should be released to the public with the names of the victims remaining
confidential. Preferably, the funds to hire independent council to vigorously
prosecute these the government evil should be provided.
Or, if you can’t help provide justice from evil government,
then allow us to form our own Utopias. Let us rent land from government that
are completely independent from American government, taxes, laws, regulations,
etc. Let these areas be like Indian
reservations. Let them be about 100 sq miles in size. Give people, like myself,
that hate America the right to form their own government. Why does America
enslave us? We can’t help the country we hate. Give us our freedom. Rent from
these small countries could help fund the military and would be pure income
without obligation.
