Maced Officer Suffers Permanent Injury and Sues

Eleven score and three years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent a new nation, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the  proposition that all men are created equal. Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation or any nation so conceived and so dedicated can long endure. We are met on a great battlefield of that war.

The civil war is between the people and an increasingly evil government that takes away our rights one at a time.  The battlefield is on the Internet. If we win this 'war' then this  nation under God shall have a new birth of freedom, and that  government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth.

Oh, I get the idea.  I had it in my head to send you my formal complaint so you could see I wasn't a kook, or just plain inventing it.  Here goes:

I am the officer mentioned in the pepper spray report at www.ncmedicaljournal.com.  I sued over the mandatory pepper spray exposure called "training."  The state's attorney general made the policy that all correctional officers and highway patrol troopers had to be sprayed in the face with it or we would be fired.  In this state, the SBI reports to the AG.  Guess what agents didn't have to go through this exposure?  Pepper spray has never been scientifically, objectively tested.  We were sprayed from a variety of distances.  Some of us were told to close our eyes, while others were made to keep them open while being sprayed.  We were used as guinea pigs.  I discovered that the AG, the governor, and the secretary of state received money from the PAC which represented the pepper spray supplier to state agencies.  The AG became Clinton's campaign co-chairman in the state, for which he received a federal judgeship.  The co-chair got an ambassadorship.  When my case got to court----it was in the former AG's court----he threw it out!  I appealed and the Fourth Circuit vacated his ruling, but not before I was forced to be sprayed.  I ended up in the emergency room with burns to my eyes which caused permanent damage and future blindness in the eye that was burned the worse.  Over the next few months, I developed VT which will eventually kill me.  I recently found another officer who developed the same type heart problem after she was sprayed.

I filed a complaint with the Fourth Circuit because the judge did not recuse himself as the law says he must in such an instance.  They threw out my complaint.  The Judiciary Committee, Henry Hyde, Chairman, did not respond to my three letters.  The committee is supposed to oversee matters of judicial misconduct.  Everything I have written is well documented.

I am pro se at this point, and am open to ideas.  I hoping that there is a credible investigative reporter writing a book about the farcical state of our judicial system and can include what happened to me in a chapter.
