Basically, the Cao murder is a situation
where there are dramatically conflicting
claims and no trial. Jane has provided evidence,
which proves that her husband could not possibly,
have shot at Officer Gregory Burke. The police
department has not even attempted to dispute
the facts published by Jane Cao. The more
you know about this case, the sicker you
get. Most people, when faced with this much
crap from society, would be knocked comatose
by the government apathy. Not Jane Cao, she's
actively and courageously fighting for justice
even after the atrocities meted out by our
fascist American police state (fascism puts
the state above the individual). Even police
that have long complained about my brutality
site not being fair have admitted that Jane
Cao has a case.
Since Jane only has the motive of truth and
justice, and the police have the motive of
keeping their jobs and staying out of jail,
I have to believe Jane's testimony above
that of the police and their cronies. The
myth is that our criminal justice system
is founded on the proposition that we prove
criminal complaints to beyond a reasonable
doubt. However, there is no evidence other
than possibly/probably biased police testimony
in this murder.
When the police shoot, they kill. The police
shoot to kill so that there will be no witness
to contradict his or her testimony. They
are getting away with murder. There is at
least one murder of an innocent person by
police in each state each year that results
either in no trial or acquittal. No police
brutality will ever be prosecuted, unless
we are first able to prosecute police murder.
Dr. Jane Cao wrote: My husband was a good
man who loved all his children. This is a
picture of him with his two daughters.

Here is the once happy home where we lived.

Dr. Jane Cao has been refused a trial on
criminal charges for the officer that shot
her husband. She has been denied the disclosure
of police documents relating to the incident
and most lawyers have refused to bring a
civil suit against the police for monetary
damages.
Amendment VII of the United States Constitution
states that "In suits at common law,
where the value in controversy shall exceed
twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury
shall be preserved, and no fact tried by
a jury, shall be otherwise reexamined in
any Court of the United States, than according
to the rules of the common law. " It's
hard to believe that the preceeding constitutional
ammendment actually exists when you read
the following letter from Jane Cao.
Dear Fred,
I appreciate you so much to keep my story
at your web site and to help/direct me.
I am in contact of the lawyer representing
the Sova family, Mr. Robert A. Dietz. Today
I sent out all the reports I have to him.
Last Friday I met a lawyer interested in
this case. But he told me: "Please do
not make Debbie Denttler's life miserable."
Debbie was the neighbor who gave witness
words that she saw my husband went outside
the door shooting at the police. I used some
evidences in the police report and argued
that Debbie was given false statements, e.g.,
she said that she did not see the officers
draw their weapons. How could an officer
not draw his weapon when they are breaking
the house and then hearing gunshots inside
the house. I would be scared to hire this
lawyer.
I would let you know how it goes with Mr.
Dietz.
Gratefully,
Jane Cao

A letter from the Portage Police Department
dated August 25th 2001 refused Jane the right
to see police documents relevant to the murder
of her husband by the police. The letter
starts:
Dear Dr. Cao:
