The American Judicial System is FUBAR!

Our 'Judicial System' is, at worst, illiterate, immoral, perverted, unlawful, treasonous, inept, criminally insane, manic depressive, and infatuated with self-importance. At best, our 'Judicial System' is like a well preserved model 'T' that has no spark plugs (no guiding precepts).

Before providing the proof to debunk the myth that the "American justice is the envy of the world", let me first illuminate some other great American myths.

A navel blockade of Japan during WWII could have ended the war without killing hundreds of thousands of innocent women and children from the Atomic bombs dropped on civilian population centers. We committed a huge mass murder with the feeble excuse that it was saving the lives of American troops that would have to land there. The fact is: no American soldier ever needed to fight in Japan.

The autopsy section of the Warren Report states that five doctors testified to a 5 cm hole in the back of JFK's head just above the neck. All this expert testimony was ignored as the 'Judicial System' aided and abetted the 1963 coup d'état.

Gary Graham was executed in Texas because one eye-witness identified him. The truth is that there were probably about 10,000 other people in Texas that looked similar enough to fool the one stupid witness. Hell, I can't even recognize my own son in a crowd of other people his age when he shaves his head. The second truth is that Gary Graham had a bad lawyer and ran out of the system's precious due process as determined by the criminally insane of our 'Judicial System'.

The courts of the land during the age of slavery had 'convenient illiteracy' in that they justified slavery by perverting the meaning of the bill of rights: they ruled that slaves were property, not people, and consequently had no rights.

The courts of the land during the age of Indian genocide were illiterate of, and in treason to, the constitution and the bill of rights. What the 'American Judicial System' allowed to happen to the Indians was analogous to what the Nazi’s did to the Jews.

The courts show either illiteracy or treason to the constitution by making the death penalty legal. The death penalty is unusual in all ways: we are the only democratic nation that does not think the death penalty is barbaric in spite of a constitution that forbids it by forbidding cruel and unusual punishment. Of course it is also cruel in every way as well: people are told they will be executed in advance and allowed to suffer on death row for years or decades. The iron maiden of Ripley's horror museum was less horrible. It's insane that our justice system executes people behind closed doors for perverted reasons of morality.

Plausibly, the only purpose of government is to prevent loss and injury to it's citizens via criminals, invading armies, starvation or disease. Technology has given this country the ability to be the leader of the world in the elimination of starvation, the protection of the environment, the prevention of over-population (by humanitarian means), the elimination of disease, and the advancement of happiness for this generation and future generations. The inept government aided and abetted by the inept 'Judicial System' has allowed loss and injury to millions throughout the world by a prodigious failure to achieve a diminishing of starvation, poverty, disease, environmental protection, and population growth.

The Judicial Systems' obsession with the concept that the causation of fear and pain (via punishment) is good, is unfounded in experience, truth, fact, logic, religion, common sense, psychiatry and psychology that it must have been the result of Demonic Possession. What is logical, intelligent, conforms to the constitution, adheres to the bill of rights, and is common sense is the concept of restitution, banishment and confinement (to prevent further crime via prophylaxis).

Perhaps lawyers have been trained to enjoy punishment as Pavlov's dogs were taught to salivate; the extortionistic threat of punishment causes the lawyer to get paid. Pavlov's dogs learned to salivate before a meal by a ringing bell. Lawyers similarly anticipate pleasure when they hear that a person is in trouble with the 'Judicial System'.

I lost a half million due to fraud. I was denied a trial by the probate, the superior, the appeals court, the state supreme court and the federal court. I was denied the right to subpoena or depose information to prove further facts. I was denied all of my rights and requests while the banks and the collection agency -- Security National Partners were given all of their rights and requests. As a result, I, as president of the Utopian States (www.utopianstates.com), declared a 'Cold War' on the American 'Judicial System' and all that support the system.

My sister was sent to jail for six months because the capitalized and twice underlined word NOT was removed from the psychiatric report that said "She is NOT dangerous". I was threatened to be put in jail if I tried to act on her behalf. There was no way to get the court in gear to get her out before six months had elapsed. When I complained to the judicial misconduct committed about the fact she was sent to jail on a false report all I was told was "I had a difference of opinion". Subsequently she was sent away for three months for striking a police officer in the balls. The lawyer I got to represent her never made it to the court in time! She was sent to jail without access to council.

If lawyers have normal minds, then I am proud to have a mind that thinks differently! I would even be proud to call myself insane in order to differentiate and distance myself from the sick thinking I have described.
