The American Court System is a Fraud. The
story below is an example. The reason that
the court systems are spastic is that government
Quality Control is terrible. All the Quality
control mechanisms of government exist only
to protect the agency that they are trying

the first time. Reagan said: "Bureaucracy
exists to protect bureaucracy." Hi, My name is Denise Gordon. I am the Director of Victims Fighting Back, a non-profit organization which advocates on behalf of victims of domestic violence and sexual abuse. We also create legislation and have two laws presently pending in the Mass. state house. My horror story began about 3 1/2 years ago, and just finally went to trial where I was found guilty of assaulting a cop. I was severely beaten by cops from the Braintree police department. I had poor legal representation My defense attorney was a public defender, who had seen all of the injuries that I received from the police, because I was illegally held all night. So I figured, that this lawyer would help me in exposing the truth.. I guess I was very wrong. I was beaten so badly that I suffered cracked bones, internal bleeding, severe concussion, multiple contusions, and severe injury to my groin. The female matron that was on that night, literally told me that these cops do this all of the time and that this was something that made her sick, but it was a job and she was in fear of retribution. All of this happened because I asked the officers why they wanted my name.. I was approached by two officers, while my husband was parking our van and they power-walked towards me demanding my name... I asked them why they wanted my name and what this was about. All of a sudden, one of the officers, who by the way was 6' 5" tall and at least 285 lbs.. the other was about 6'2" tall.. started yelling obsenities and spitting in my face... I responded by saying that I wanted to know why he was yelling at me like this and asked his name.. Well, he responded to the other cop.."Look here we got a real smart ass bitch on our hands" He then punched me in the face and I went flying back onto the cement.. They kicked me all over until I passed out... My husband had parked and walked on the other side of the street, which was a very small one way street... All the while, the officers are punching and kicking someone.. He doesn't realize this until he goes into this place to get his friend, and his friend states they are beating Denise. He walks through the place, where the back door was open and stated that I was his wife and what they were doing... They responded back by saying "You get the fuck back inside or we'll arrest for OUI" Here is my husband who doesn't even drink and at this point is so upset and didn't know what to do.. He walked out the front door and went home... I was illegally held all night long... As they were driving back to the police station, they taunted and swore at me, threatening me and saying "Wait until we get you back to the station" I thought they were going to kill me.. When we arrived at a back entrance, there were many officers waiting... I didn't want to get out of the car, because I was scared to death.. One of the officers pulled me by my hair and I was literally dragged in handcuffs into the station. I was brought to an area, called a booking area.. One of the officers had me by the back of my neck, while the other had one of my wrists.. The officer proceeded to take off the cuffs as the other had my arm and was going through my jean pocket... The officer on the right pulled my thumb back and I went back in such severe pain. I literally heard my thumb pop... I was tackled to the floor by several of them.. All of them kicking me all over... I was held all night, without knowing what I was there for not read my rights, not allowed bail or to be released in anyway.. In the morning, I was brought to the court.. Quincy court and charged with assault and battery on a police officer... I asked the judge if I could file charges against these officers and he said no... The people in the courtroom including the attorney, were shocked at my appearance, I was so badly beaten.. These cops tried to say that I was brought in for Proctective Custody... I was never allowed to be given a breatholizer.. Nothing... Even the doctors that night knew what happened to me.. I was brought to the hospital by ambulance in cuffs and shackles, so tight that I could only walk about 2 inches at each foot step.. The doctor had even stated in my medical record that I was alert, cooperative and well-oriented... I need some help... legally... I had an unfair trial.. My attorney never presented all of the evidence. or witnesses... I am at my wit's end here, because it doesn't seem like these cops are ever accountable, nor do they care if they hurt and ruin people's lives... I am so afraid for myself and my family, because after this incident occured, they harrassed me for months.. Sitting outside of my house, following me and my kids... Everything.. It has been hell for me.. Thanks for your time...
